Info for Vendors At the retreat I want everyone attending to have as much laughter, fun and creativity as they can.  Following is some some information that will aid you in your experience.
Cost Standard rates apply to all our vendors, i.e. if the retreat cost is $190.00 that will be your price to attend, however I do ask that you contribute three (3) prizes to give away to our guests that retail at $20 or higher. Any further donations are at your discretion and greatly appreciated. .  No daily vendors. 
Advertisement Prior to the retreat, I will list the vendors attending the current retreat on the Vendor page with a link to your website if you have one.   I will also put a short blurb about you - please email your blurb ASAP
Product When attending this retreat you will be provided a table to display your wares. This table is assigned to you, can not be moved, and may or may not be, depending on circumstances, anywhere near your scrapping space, but, will be in the room. You may if you wish bring one additional card table (3 by 3 or smaller) to place next to your table. I suggest you bring a sign or something similar to help our guests connect your wares to you.
Demonstrations/Make N Takes Demonstrations are a pleasant activity that many of our guests enjoy.  The goal is to keep them fun and inspirational while protecting our guests who are deep in the creative process and do not want to be disturbed. You will be provided a time slot in our itinerary to demonstrate. It is not required of you. Again, the table for your demo will be assigned; strategically placed, and may not be moved. No sound amplification is provided or allowed.   Any demo times and descriptions, will be on the daily list, and I will remind everyone prior to the demo.  It is then the guests choice whether or not to visit. If you wish to give a description of your demo please email me prior to the retreat.
